The Beginning
In the beginning, a couple of best friends spoke of their confidence about getting into shape for the upcoming summer. With some friendly competition and accountability, a new way of getting into shape unfolded. This challenge will require you to give what you can and to receive all the knowledge and wisdom from the fellow participants.
COMMUNITY
This challenge is meant to be a competition with cash prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners, but it goes so far beyond that. This is also a place where we are building a community of health enthusiasts - a place where motivation, encouragement, and positivity thrives. We want to build a community where everyone is welcome, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. The wisdom in this group comes from over a century of training and understanding our bodies.

Service
We want to provide you with the tools that you will need to thrive and succeed in this challenge. When you enter this contest, you will have access to a BODY TYPE quiz that helps you understand where you need to be getting your macronutrients (Carbs, Fats, and Proteins). Alongside this comes a detailed LOG to help track your progress. This is often an overlooked part to getting into shape, as DATA is the most important aspect of understanding why we look the way that we do.
The Challenge
This challenge is for individuals who desire to have their best physique for the upcoming summer. If you are wanting to burn fat and gain muscle, you're in the right place. The Beach Season Challenge is set up to give another set of tools to enhance competitors' daily workouts and fitness journeys. We are not here to supply workout plans and dietary plans. We are here to supply you with the tools to succeed and to motivate you to stay on track.

Rules
The rules to this contest are simple.

$100 Entry Fee OR $25 recurring payments (4 total payments monthly or $25)

You must submit a BEFORE and AFTER picture (same mirror, angle, lighting, etc.)

You must submit a video with your pictures (flex, suck in, stick belly out, etc.)

OPTIONAL YET HIGHLY ENCOURAGED submit a BEFORE and AFTER InBody Scan (or equivalent)

NOTE: You are allowed to submit your final results anytime before May 26. However, contestants will have until May 26 to get their final pictures, videos, and InBody scan.

If these are not submitted by the deadline of January 22, you will be disqualified. We trust the individuals in this contest to be honest and will submit real InBody scans/Before pictures. Furthermore, pictures and videos used for the challenge will not be allowed to be taken any time before January 2023. ​

Your pictures will not be posted or shown to anyone other than Jerrod, Clay, and professional judges WITHOUT your permission.
Judging
The winners will be decided by fitness professionals. The greatest BODY COMPOSITION change will be awarded the winner. InBody scans AND pictures/videos will be used hand in hand when evaluating the top finishers. We will take everyone's results and ask unbiased personal trainers, dietitians, and bodybuilders to vote on who they think made the most progress. The votes will be determined by a panel of AT LEAST 10 professionals. All competitors are welcome to join Clay and Jerrod when bringing the results to voters. We will announce what day we will be meeting with judges.
